Exchange, Shipping Policy

Exchange
Exchange is possible only for size issues. Any size-related issues should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. The product must be exchanged within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. The item should be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and include all packaging materials, courier receipts, invoices, and other relevant documents.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to the nature of service providers, “NO REFUND” and “NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy
An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
Alternatively, customers can cancel orders only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. After the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery Policies
Mloft ships its products across most parts of India. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery is expected within 3-4 business days post-shipping. For other locations, delivery might take 1-2 weeks, depending on logistics. Unavoidable delays beyond Mloft control may occur, and we ask for customers’ understanding in such instances. Mloft also reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion in cases of unusual delivery times or if the shipment becomes untraceable, issuing a refund for canceled products to the original payment source.

To request an exchange or replacement due to product damage, an opening video of the product is required; otherwise, exchanges or replacements will not be accepted.

 

Please note: We do not provide a pick-up facility for exchanges. The customer is responsible for sending the product back to us for the exchange.
